I think all mothers have been there, to some degree. The anxiety of doing too much or not enough or nothing at all because the kids come first and you doing anything purely for you seems like a small act of betrayal to them in your mind. It sucks. But hopefully you can figure out how to name them and keep them in like, just like what you did with George. (And when you do, can you let me know?)
